About The Camp

**NOTE – you must register for this camp to attend this weekend. All members of your party must be registered and the services and food and accommodation will be included. This includes dorms, RVs and tents.

Young Adults Camp will start on Friday, August 8th, 2025 with an evening service (the Moose Munch Box will be open for those who would like to purchase snacks). The camp will conclude with brunch on Monday August 10th, 2025.

This weekend is specifically designed for young adults ages (ages 18-39) to have a life changing encounter and experience with God.

Our theme this year is “The Whys Of Our Generation.” Through various services, seminars, and panels, we’ll discuss the biggest “why” questions that our generation regularly asks. We will have the most guest speakers that we’ve ever had and we’ll cover topics such as: why Jesus had to die, why God allows evil, why God cares what we do with our bodies, why we’re in the season we are in, why we worship, and why we were made by him. Besides having times of learning, we will also have some times of worship, where we’ll seek God and encounter him in amazing ways.

There will be engaging activities planned throughout the weekend. Attendees will also get to choose which seminars and activities they want to participate in.

Whether you’re single or married, we’d love to have you out for this life changing weekend!
Our grounds provide the opportunity to participate in several water activities including swimming, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. We also offer volleyball, spikeball, mini golf, horseshoes, and beautiful trails to walk or ATV on. The breathtaking sunrises and sunsets at our lake are a perfect backdrop for fun, rest and relaxation. Lastly, spending time fellowshipping around the campfire with a snack from our Moose Munch Box is a great way to end your day!

Our accommodations are dorm style. If you are staying in a dorm it will be assigned to you and any other people you have requested to stay with you.

If you would prefer, we also have RV and tent sites available. There are washrooms located within walking distance to the dorms and RV area.

When you register for Young Adults Camp, your accommodations in a dorm, tent or RV your meals and program registration are included in your fees. You must register everyone in your party. Should you require 30 amp power for your RV, there will be an additional one time charge of $50.

If you would like to stay off site, we have a special rate for Young Adult Camp participants at the Chateau Inn & Suites in Bonnyville for $92 + tax per night. Call 780-687-8888 and mention you are with Moose Lake Pentecostal Camp when booking.

All of your meals are served in the dining hall.

Please note – we do offer some limited gluten friendly options, however our kitchen and utensils are not solely gluten free. Should you require more information please contact the director of the camp you are registering for.

Stevon & Kayla Artis (Worship Leader)

Stevon & Kayla both grew up playing in family bands before starting one of their own and therefore have had many years of musical experience. Besides having an incredible technical musical expertise, they have developed an amazing gift to lead people in encountering God during times of worship. Stevon & Kayla are also passionate about raising up other worship leaders and passing on some of the expertise and experience that they have. Besides leading our worship team, there will also be special seminars where you can learn from them and be mentored by them.

Christopher Grant (Camp Director)

Christopher has been in youth and young adults ministry for just over a decade. He has also been coming to Moose Lake since he was a little kid and has seen God move in incredible ways over and over again, year after year. Camp holds a very special place in his heart, given the impact that he’s seen it have on the lives of others as well as his own. Christopher has a burning passion to see young adults flourish in their faith rather than struggle with it and loves to come alongside fellow young adults and help shepherd them towards a greater understanding and relationship with God. He’ll be speaking at a couple of our sessions tackling some of the most advanced topics of our faith.
